REFUND POLICY
Last Updated: July 11, 2026
Wise International LLC (“Company”), operating SHA-256 Labs, provides this Refund Policy together with our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the Terms control except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
1. Strict No-Refund Policy
Because the Services provision cloud compute, third-party API usage, and diagnostic outputs immediately upon upgrade, all paid subscription fees are non-refundable, including without limitation:
- unused days remaining in a billing period after cancellation;
- non-use of features during a paid period;
- dissatisfaction with third-party LLM / generative engine rankings or citations;
- voluntary downgrade or account abandonment;
- termination for violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Trials (If Offered)
If we offer a free trial:
- you must cancel in the Customer Portal before the trial ends to avoid conversion charges;
- once Stripe successfully charges for a paid period, that charge is non-refundable under Section 1.
If we do not currently offer a trial, this section does not create a right to one.
3. Cancellation and Downgrades
Cancel or manage billing via Dashboard → Manage Subscription (Stripe Customer Portal).
- Access to the paid tier continues until the end of the current paid period (unless terminated earlier for breach).
- After the period ends, the account reverts to Free (or the selected lower tier) and applicable quotas/limits apply.
4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, contact support@sha-256.co first so we can investigate.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically entitle you to continued Service access. We may:
- pause or terminate access while a dispute is pending;
- submit evidence to Stripe and the card network (usage logs, account records, Terms acceptance);
- permanently terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity and decline future service, to the extent permitted by law and card-network rules.
We do not threaten or retaliate against consumers for exercising lawful dispute rights in good faith. Fraudulent disputes are a breach of our Terms.
5. Mandatory Law
Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law (including certain chargeback rights or statutory cooling-off rights that cannot be disclaimed). Where such rights apply, Company will comply.
